I think the main issue is that for anything that reacts to BTC price changes, there's so many requests in queue that it does not really matter what you do unless you're the first

I hedge my cancels at 50ms/100ms/200ms Hedging does work. Also, the load balancer seems to be based on credentials so if you derive multiple some of your hedged request might be sent to faster servers.
