The KYC colo in the docs... is it just white list to operate from geoblocked regions (i.e. eu-west-2) or the "setup your fpgas next to our physical machine" ?

Ireland was put in the web UI blocked API OK bucket. So I would assume APIs will be OK, cause it wouldnt make sense for them to change the bucket.

I didnt do the curl geoblock, so maybe this is the value it returns for the areas that have the web UI blocked? Try sending submit and cancel order via the API. Maybe it will go through even with this geoblock true response.
