That doesnt work. There were over 20 markets? At most 8 can resolve to yes, either you are a big NO holder hoping for something like 100x on your position or it just doesnt make sense.

For the record my hodling are only 776 yes shares as I discovered the oportunity last minute. So I really have no personal gain in any side. Just really curious about what the theory appraoch is here, since I assume it is unprecedented?

I think he has line of argument as well. He may have been trading against the human definition of the market, but he traded guided by the PM confiration negrisk, which by defintion means only one market get a YES resolution.

But you are only solving the yes side issue. How about the arber that acted on the negrisk markets configuration who was by this setting forced to think he can by the NOs all combined at price (events numbers of markets - 1 ) * 100 cents ?

Yeah, I actually feel really sorry for PM. On one side, not making typos on market configuration is their job. But a typo error worth potentially 14M $ feels like a lot. I hope at least one of the PM employees will have the balls to actually say it to Coplan directly in the office space, that these are the fruits of seeds he made grow.

And yes I did experience the exact same thing you descibred on weather markets. Ask on price x 500 shares, I put 500 shares market order. Only 12 share first probe gets filled, the remainder magically disaperes.

Yes exactly this is know issue. These scammers have stolen 500$ from me, and thats certainly just a very tiny microscopic fraction of their entire operation. (I expected their order in OB to be takeable, which is not the case)

Rewards are paused untill PM devs figure out how to shot down the rewards scamming ghost puller operation. Even though the ghosts are out, I think it got all MMs so pissed and annoyed that they will only return after the patch.

Btw my fable noticed moas field in one of the endpoints. Stands for minimum order age in a seconds. Does anyone know if it is actually active or rather a zombie/unused field? It is not repeaed in the reward endpoints and also no mention in nondev docs. So I guess it can be both, active underdocumented feature of rewards, or unused zombie field.

But fun asside it depends on how you define inteligence. Different definition point to different entities being the smartest. Fable is leading on a lot of defintions though.

This is good direction in terms of battling the ghost pulling scammers. But it has a weak point, live sports cannot have a delay in cancel. MMs would go bankrupt, becuase the price changes during live sport events are just so rapid.
