And yes makers get charged fees on their fills in most the high volume markets

It’s wierd I think it maybe a ui problem I have never gotten maker fees in this market, when I check my resting order my program placed it says theirs fees but when I go to place a limit order manually and check cost it says no fees

Check the orders. It's not unheard of for Kalshi to mess up fees occaiso nally. You can get them reimbursed if it was a mistake
