From AWS Dublin (eu-west-1) my warm round-trip to the CLOB is ~20ms p50 (min 20.1, p90 27) — measured as a warm keep-alive GET https://clob.polymarket.com/time (dynamic, hits origin), 80 samples. TCP connect to the Cloudflare DUB edge is ~1.5ms, so ~20ms is the edge→origin leg.
Anyone hosting directly in London — what's your warm GET /time round-trip (same method)? Trying to see how much the origin-proximity actually buys over Dublin, given we all go through Cloudflare anyway.

/time isn't geoblocked so you can call it from a server in eu-west-2

it doesnt really matter. I run on both and even tho ping from london is lower the order latency is somehow the same and dublin wins half the time. Even when london posts order faster, somehow dublin can get fills earlier, the queue is just random

I save roughly 5-7ms of RTT being in london

Fwiw that's called inversion

Poly inversion is very high

I also run things from both Dublin and London and see almost no benefit in London

(yes RTT is lower in London, but the effect on pnl is not much for me, probably due to inversion)
