The pattern that I see is
1. I never turn on auto redeem
2. Auto redeem is off on UI. If I check https://polymarket.com/settings?tab=trading it will have an option to enable suggesting that it's off.
3. Some (if not all) of my pairs are redeemed automatically anyway as if auto redeem is on
4. I just tried enabling and disabling autoredeem. I do not know if this fix that. If it does then it's going to be very strange.
My guess is some of your pair ignore auto redeem settings and just auto redeem no matter what.
I could be wrong.
I am very sure I DO NOT redeem manually. In fact, the timing of the redeem is like right after the market end.
Basically support says they will check what "triggers" the redeem but they never find it. I asked is the redeem auto redeemed or manual (in their system, from my POV, neither should happen), no answer. I think this should be a "known" issue. Anyone has that issue?
