I think realistically it’s because they’re raising fees, so this way market makers rebates don’t go up per share (rebates are a proportion of fees). My frustration is that it’s not being clearly communicated

Very frustrating UI glitch on the World Cup markets with 0.25c ticks: Many sell orders don’t appear on the order book, but they do exist as I can see them in the list of open orders. Above example is on the morocco to advance market

Im doing nearly thousands of transactions every hour. There’s no option to filter by level up bonuses so if it’s in my transaction history it’s really hard to find

To add some context to this. I’m not sure if it’s across all markets but I’ve noticed it specifically for World Cup New Zealand vs Egypt market. Seems like part of the system is not registering any changes in the value of shares after the start of the match (or perhaps it’s from some arbitrary point in time before the match started). So whilst I was correctly paid out for my winning shares, the PNL report doesn’t seem to recognise the profit

I dont know if this is something you can pass on, but even if the full announcement regarding when rebates will happen isnt ready yet, it would be great to get some preliminary info on whether we are currently in the rebate period or not yet. We really need to understand whether we are still paying full fees or not, it non-trivially impacts financial decisions for a lot fo traders working on fine margins

yeah I meant taker rebates. Will the rebates themselves be back-payed? This is really important information as knowing whether Im paying 100% fees or 82% fees impacts trading decisions. Thanks

Also, Im curious to know what date wV started accumulating, because Im a little surprised to already be at gold. Wouldve thought it was going to take me at least a week to get there with my current numbers and it seems to have happened in a few days.

Are level-up bonuses being deposited yet? Are the taker rebates actually being distributed either? There is no filter to view these activities and a brief manual search through my activity log seems not to show anything that looks like either level-up bonuses or taker rebates. I'm already at gold, so I hope that the cumulative $310 of level up rewards are back-payed, and I would also hope that the missing taker rebates are back-payed

On this, due to markets being so hard to find I don’t offer liquidity on a large range of sport markets, not because I don’t have the capacity to be offering on these markets (my system is well equipped), but because it’s lack of appearance in the UI means that I would only be trading against other bots and my likelihood of earning profit is much lower. For sports in particular we need better visibility. For soccer a button that just says view all leagues would be a game changer
